Director's Message

Welcome to the Merced City School District (MCSD) Preschool Program

With 18 years of dedicated service in the District, I have spent the last four years graciously serving as the Director of our Preschool Program. Our staff of extraordinary teachers, paraprofessionals, and office personnel are committed to providing you and your child with a preschool experience that provides a safe, nurturing environment that meets the unique needs of each child while fostering a love for learning. 

Additionally, I am a mother to a 15 year old son who benefited greatly from early education and myself being an active parent in school activities. It is truly a gift to watch your child grow and develop into their own person and support their goals. 

We invite you to be active partners with us in your child’s education through volunteering, attending Family Days, workshops, events and serving as a committee member on our Parent Advisory Committee. We truly believe that you are your child’s first teacher and know your child best.
